Generally between 48h and 7 days depending on the season. Spring (April–June) and fall (September–October) are our busiest periods. For urgent situations, we do our best to accommodate within 24–48h.

Yes, we offer Saturday service from 8am to 5pm. Sunday is reserved for on-call emergencies.

No, you can stay without any issue. Our processes are clean and quiet to moderate. You can carry on with your day.

Very little preparation is needed: clear access to air vents and the furnace, secure pets in a closed room if possible, remove fragile items nearby. We handle the rest: floor and furniture protection and final cleanup.

Very little. Our negative-pressure equipment draws dirt outward, not into the home. We wear shoe covers and use protective tarps. When we leave, your home should be as clean as when we arrived.

Yes, we carry full liability insurance. On request, we can provide a copy of our insurance certificate.

Yes. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If something isn't right after our visit, we come back at no charge to fix it.

All our technicians are trained in industry best practices and the AirNeuf internal protocol. For work on gas systems or involving refrigerant, we work with licensed partners.
