Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy describes how AirNeuf ("we," "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of airneuf.ca users, in accordance with Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Bill 25).
1. What Information We Collect
When you fill out an estimate or booking form on our site, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address and postal code (to assess service scope and plan the visit)
We also collect technical browsing data (device type, pages visited) through the advertising measurement tools described in section 6, only with your consent.
2. Why We Collect This Information
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Process your estimate request and provide you with a quote
- Schedule and confirm your service appointment
- Send you reminders related to your appointment or, if you've consented, maintenance offers and communications
- Answer your questions and follow up on your file
3. How Your Data Is Protected
Your information is stored on secure infrastructure (Netlify hosting with HTTPS encryption in transit). Access to your file is limited to AirNeuf staff who need it to process your request. We apply reasonable measures to prevent any unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
4. Retention Period
Your personal information is retained for 3 years following your last contact with us, unless you remain an active client — in which case it is retained for the duration of the business relationship. After this period, your data is securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
5. No Sale of Data — Sharing Limited to Necessary Subcontractors
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. It may only be shared with subcontractors strictly necessary to deliver our services, namely:
- Resend — sending our transactional emails (confirmations, reminders)
- Our hosting and technical infrastructure providers
- Any authority, if required by law
These subcontractors are bound by confidentiality obligations and only use your data for the service they provide to AirNeuf.
6. Meta Pixel and Advertising Consent
Our site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These tools are disabled by default and only activate after your explicit consent via the cookie banner displayed at the bottom of the screen. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the button below, which will bring the choice banner back up:

- Have corrected any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw your consent to any future processing of your data
- Request the deletion of your personal information
